Hello, It’s Julia!

I’m a self-taught artist whose journey began as a teenager, after finally seeing the world through a clear pair of contact lenses.

Suddenly, everything seemed new—sharp, precise, intricate, alive. Details I had never been able to fully appreciate became impossible not to notice, and I found myself drawing and painting the things that moved me.

Over time, that fascination with seeing became a love for expression—the raw beauty of real emotion, movement, character, and the moments that make us feel most alive. Expression is what drives me.

I am deeply drawn to feminine beauty—the face, the form, the gaze, the emotion, and the presence of a woman. Beautiful women naturally become the focal point of my work, often serving as the vessel through which I explore expression, nature, memory, and emotion. Even when I begin with an idea centered around flowers, color, or nature, I find myself returning to the feminine figure. There is something about the beauty and expression of a woman that I never seem to tire of capturing.

To me, living unjaded means continuing to see the world with wonder—to notice its beauty, to experience it fully, and to preserve the moments that might otherwise pass too quickly.

My art is my way of capturing those moments. Through realism, color, texture, and imagination, I transform expression into something tangible—something that can hold a feeling long after the moment itself has passed.

Because when expression is captured in all of its beauty, a fleeting moment can become nostalgic, breathless, and timeless.
